RETURNS AND EXCHANGESTrendy Fanatics offers the highest quality merchandise. In the event you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all original labeling attached within 3 days of receiving the goods to ensure they are adequately protected. Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on SALE, fine jewelry, lingerie bags, and hair bands which may not be returned or exchanged. All SALE items are final. All returned items must be UNWORN, UNUSED with all designer tags still attached and in their original packaging. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. All items marked as nonexchangeable for hygiene purposes will not be exchanged for any reason. Trendy Fanatics reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items that Trendy Fanatics confirms as new and unused are eligible for a return or exchange. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or return items for a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on the items purchase cost for the order, which is the value of the order not the shipping and handling cost. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. If you paid "Cash on Delivery" when the items were delivered to you, your refund will be issued in Cash upon pickup of the items not including the shipping fee. If you would like to return or exchange and item please email us at info@trendyfanatics.com when you receive your package and we will send you instructions on how to return your items. Please include your original receipt that arrived with your order as we cannot accept returns without these.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONDeliveries are done on weekdays and within 2 to 3 working days of the order. No deliveries are done on weekends and official holidays.
FAULTY GOODSAll items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
CANCELATION OF ORDERYou may cancel your order via email up to the time of dispatch. If the order has been dispatched you cannot cancel the order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMSIf we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email.
COLORSWe have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on trendyfanatics.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
